Scope Of Work
RGM and Associates provided construction coordination/oversight and advisory services for the “build-to-suit” new construction project at Timber Point Elementary School. Services for this project were coordinated with the Hoffman Company and the Byron Unified School District. The elementary school campus consists of an administration building, classroom wings, multipurpose/cafeteria, a gymnasium, and playing field.
