Bull Construction Services, LLC is a fully licensed, insured and bonded construction/remodeling/home improvement company with over 60 years of experience. We are a privately owned company based out of northeastern Ohio, started in 2011 by Bryan Carlton and Anthony “Skip” Malinak. After working in the Construction industry their whole lives, Bryan and Skip realized consumers needed a company that values each and every customer’s dreams and desires, instead of simply treating them like a number. “We pride ourselves with being an honest company while providing quality workmanship.”

Anthony “Skip” Malinak began his career in the construction industry as a carpenter at 19 years old, working on both residential and commercial projects. Skip worked as a carpenter for approximately 10 years before moving into a position in commercial construction management. Skip has enjoyed working with his hands in the construction industry and in a management capacity over the years. For the last 6 years Skip has performed as a hands on construction manager in a variety of different capacities such as concrete, excavation, residential, commercial, roofing, plumbing, remodeling and much, much more.

Bryan Carlton began his construction career immediately after high school working with, and learning from his father, in land management. Bryan’s father taught him many lessons in client satisfaction, how to make an honest living, and the in’s and out’s of the construction industry. Quickly Bryan learned many different facets of the industry such as being a heavy equipment operator while learning all about utilities, roads, and sewer construction. In Bryan’s late 20’s, he started building custom homes and decks before moving into construction management. Bryan, as well as Skip, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bull Construction, along with being a very hands on construction manager.
