Frazier & Associates, Inc.

Frazier Reliability Solutions was started in Cincinnati, Ohio by Mark Frazier in 1996.  Prior to starting his company, Mr. Frazier worked for 15 years with FM Global as a crossed trained fire protection, natural hazards, chemical risk and equipment hazards specialist.

Mr. Frazier is widely recognized for his 35 years of international experience in the energy, oil and gas, chemical, mining, pulp and paper, power generation and metal refining industries.

Prior to joining FM in 1981, Mr. Frazier worked in the heavy construction industry and began attending college part time.  Mr. Frazier studied at Paducah Community College, the University of Louisville, the University of Cincinnati and mechanical engineering technology at the University of Cincinnati Ohio College of Applied Science.  Mr. Frazier has successfully completed, and taught, numerous technical and management courses and seminars and is the President of the Frazier Reliability Institute.
