Joe has over 20 years’ experience with a broad range of construction industry knowledge working in new business development, seeking out work in the commercial, retail and multifamily sectors. He works with new clients and owners he’s formed long term relationships with, he directs RFP and contributes regularly to value engineering, project value, feasibility and pre-purchase due diligence assessments, marketing, and team management.
Joe biggest asset is building long term client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering on promises made.
Joe began his career as a salesman in the scaffolding sector and moved on to site development, concrete and asphalt industry with a tenure of 17 years and achieved the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he helped shape business and product strategy and implementation of the company’s sales and CRM management platforms.
He has proven his talents in the field as well as in estimating, scheduling, and management, new business development and employee training and aggressive company growth.
