Mayan Cleaning Services Inc. is a family owned company. It is led by Eloy Valencia Sr, a man who began his development in the early 80's. After acquiring experience and knowledge in the cleaning industry for over a decade; Eloy Sr started his own company in 1994 with Eloy Jr. and Roberto Castillo, who helped grow the company. Eloy Jr continued with his career and left Eloy Sr and Roberto, operating manager, sole with the company.

Commercial Final Cleaning also known as Post Construction Clean Up is a specialty to us. Our workers are experienced and committed to provide high quality service all around the Houston area. We have been working with pleased clientele for over 20 years and are still continuing with them; like: Byrd Interior Construction, R L Hart Construction, IBC Builders, Romano Contractors Inc., and more.

Besides Final Cleaning we offer other services such as: Full service on wood floors (Restoration, Refinishing, and Maintenance), Carpet Cleaning, High Pressure Washing, Strip & Wax VCT, and Others.
