Scope Of Work

This project involved conversion of a massive industrial warehouse building to several mixed-use spaces ranging from a large scale brewery to creative offices of various sizes. Deform played a key role in providing development advice to the client which allowed them to achieve maximum benefits while avoiding unnecessary and costly infrastructure upgrades.
