Scope Of Work

This renovation transformed a historic industrial building into several mixed-use commercial spaces for retail, office and an urban winery in the basement. Floor joists that were removed from the second floor were creatively used to to form the angled accent wall for the conference room and surrounding spaces. Deform designed and fabricated all of the architectural metalwork throughout the building.
