In 1987 Brian Mulligan hired David Larochelle to frame his new home in Raynham, MA. At the time, Brian was Director of Sales Administration for a leading ring manufacturer with little experience in the building industry. During construction, Brian became increasingly interested in construction and approached David about a possible partnership. David’s construction experience and Brian’s customer service/administrative background seemed perfectly matched. L&M Custom Builders was formed and incorporated in November 1987.

L&M chose to remain a small business in order to give every client there personal attention Both principals are on the job daily to ensure no detail is overlooked and to guarantee the quality their customers expect and deserve. We use a network of quality subcontractors that have been with us for many years. This formula has worked well and has allowed L&M to maintain their reputation as a quality custom homebuilder. Both Brian and David are licensed MA construction supervisor’s and registered MA home improvement contractors.
