Andy is Lead Officer for Dugan & Meyers’ Louisville office. Andy possesses extensive experience in the construction industry. His expertise extends to operations, estimating and executive management with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants. He earned a degree in both Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Cincinnati and is a member of DBIA and a Certified Professional Constructor.

As Vice President, Construction Services Group, Chuck is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects in multiple regions as well as assisting with estimating and preconstruction efforts.  With over 20 years in the construction industry, he has managed numerous GC, Design-Build and CMAR projects from conception to completion.  Chuck also has extensive experience in self-performed concrete structures and Industrial Treatment work.  Chuck is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Construction Management.

As Executive Vice President, Linc has overall responsibility for Dugan & Meyers’ Central Ohio Region in Columbus, OH. Linc has extensive industry experience and success partnering with clients on diverse project types, including high rise buildings, parking structures, structural concrete, municipal buildings and complex renovations.
A graduate of Purdue University in Construction, Linc excels in developing creative solutions in the best interests of client needs and to maximize return on investment.

Marty leads the Dugan & Meyers Treatment & Industrial Business Unit and is responsible for all work acquisition and operational excellence.  Through nearly 40 years of diverse Industrial Treatment projects, Marty has developed the skills and technical expertise to lead this division.  Marty oversees all estimating, budgeting, proposals, cost control and production.
Marty is a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with certifications from the American Institute of Constructors and Assoc. DBIA.

Todd leads the Dugan & Meyers  Structural Concrete  Business Unit and is responsible for all work acquisition and operational excellence.  After nearly 30 years of leading the construction of diverse concrete structures, Todd has developed the skills and technical expertise to meet any client need or schedule, Todd is a graduate of University of West Virginia.

Steve provides overall leadership for the Dugan & Meyers Group of Companies. Extensive industry experience in project management, estimating, pre-construction and field operations. Recognized industry leader as past President of Allied Construction Industries (ACI) and current President of Ohio Associated General Contractors (AGC). A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Building and Construction Management.

John leads the overall Business Development and marketing efforts for Dugan & Meyers. A graduate of Purdue University with extensive experience in the AEC industry with work nationwide in industrial, commercial and public markets. John works to extend outreach for Dugan & Meyers in developing collaborative project teams.

As Corporate Safety Director, Craig oversees Safety and Risk Management policies, procedures and implementation. Works as direct liaison with all project stakeholders including regulatory officials to ensure everyone is safe on the job site. Craig served as a Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard with degrees from Xavier and Columbia Southern University focused on Occupational Health and Safety. In addition, he is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer, Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board Certification of Safety Professionals.

Marcy serves on the Executive Team for Dugan & Meyers as the Director of Talent Management.  In this role, she works with the operations and project teams actively lending proactive recruiting efforts to all levels of the organization. Marcy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wright State and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources and worked in the Construction Industry for over 20 years. She is active in Dugan & Meyers’ safety, organizational development, and coworker engagement.
