Our mission is to create custom detail oriented homes, additions and historic renovations. We provide construction management, general contracting and design services for the owner, architect, developer and interested investor.

Steve Cseley, managing member, has been designing and building fine custom homes on Nantucket for more than 25 years. Steve's intimate knowledge of the construction and logistical process, along with his practical skills in carpentry and management, makes him an effective and efficient builder.

Thomas Dolan, managing member, has more than 23 years of fine home building experience. Tom has produced many unique structures in both Tucson, Arizona and on Nantucket Island. A permanent resident on Nantucket, Tom has had the opportunity to showcase his craftsmanship on many important projects. Tom's experience in the field has provided him with the ability to communicate with sub-contractors while developing lasting relationships with architects and homeowners.
