Scope Of Work

McShane Construction Company was the design/builder for the two-story, multi-elevation 22,800 square foot Warrenville City Hall located on Stafford Place and Manning Avenue.

The interior space plan allows for logical adjacencies between departments and for future growth and expansion of the services offered by the city.

The Stafford Place entrance allows immediate access to council chambers, the offices of elected officials and the administration department.

By entering from Manning Avenue, residents have convenient access to services such as community development and the building, finance and public works departments.

The facility was designed with an attractive brick and stone facade enhanced by vertical window systems at both entrances.
