Scope Of Work
McShane Construction Company provided the design/build construction services for the 71,259 square foot, two-story Southeast VA Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona located on a 10-acre site within the Val Vista Square business park.
The clinic was constructed to meet LEED-Silver standards and includes numerous sustainable features. The building’s exterior is comprised of burnished and split face masonry, stucco and architectural metal panels accented by a glass curtainwall entryway.
The interior of the clinic incorporates a modern public waiting area and lobby, physician offices, treatment rooms, staff support areas, diagnostic testing and laboratories and expanded services that include audiology, radiology, dental care, family support and physical therapy services.
