McShane Construction Company was selected by W.D. Schorsch Commercial Real Estate for the design/build construction of the single-story, 18,144 square foot Social Security Administration Building located at 9705 S. Cottage Grove Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
The LEED-Silver certified facility offers numerous sustainable and green building construction materials and techniques.
The exterior features an attractive concrete and masonry blend. The interior of the facility offers several private offices, open workstations, conference rooms and a welcoming reception area.
