McShane Construction Company was selected as the design/builder for the Prairie Pointe Medical office building, a four-story, 64,000 square foot Class A facility located near the intersection of Illinois Route 59 and Interstate 90 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
A beautifully landscaped entryway featuring a water fountain invites patients and guests into the two-story atrium lobby and the adjacent cafe, fitness area, conference rooms and management offices.
The medical office center is located within the Prairie Stone office park and is a part of the growing roster of businesses, entertainment venues, retail, restaurant and residentialdevelopments that are currently selecting this area for its growth and viability.
