Scope Of Work

Harris Road Apartments is a 276-unit garden-style residential complex under construction for repeat client, South City partners. Situated on a 13-acre site. The residence features seven building types ranging from one to four stories, in addition to a central clubhouse and car wash/maintenance building.

Interior unit finishes include granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Select building types are constructed over single-car garages.

The central clubhouse features an array of tenant amenities including a fitness center and yoga room, game room, leasing center, cyber lounge, micro offices and conference room. Residents can also enjoy several outdoor amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, dog park, bocce and volleyball courts, fire pit and grilling stations.
