Scope Of Work
McShane Construction Company was selected as the design/builder of The Glacier Ice Arena, a 63,000 square foot, twin-rink ice skating facility.
The 6.5-acre site is within the Continental Executive Park at 670 North Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
The Glacier Ice Arena features two 200′ x 85′ ice rinks (the official size of the National Hockey League), stadium seating for up to 700 people, 10 locker rooms, a pro shop, weight and training rooms, meeting and party facilities, concession services and skate rentals.
McShane delivered this fast-track project four weeks prior to the scheduled completion date.
