Scope Of Work

McShane provided the design/build construction services for Capstone Business Center, a two-building speculative industrial development totaling 218,694 square feet on behalf of repeat client, Capstone Quadrangle. The West Building features 110,700 square feet while the East Building totals 108,048 square feet. Both buildings include 10 dock doors, two drive-in doors, a 28” clear height, 50’x50’ column spacing and T-5 lighting. Expansive glass-lines on the front of each building and clerestory windows around the perimeter provide an abundance of natural lighting in the warehouse/production areas.
