RLH Construction, Inc. has over twenty years experience in residential construction. We began as an over the mountain homebuilder in Birmingham building in well known subdivisions such as Greystone, Shoal Creek and Brook Highland. In 2004 we expanded our construction area to include Lake Martin waterfront homes in Alexander City, Alabama. Our initial effort in this area was the construction of new homes in The Ridge, where we have now built more homes than any other builder in the neighborhood. We have now expanded our construction area at Lake Martin to include many subdivisions including Marina Marin, Windemere, Willow Glenn, River Oaks and Baywood.
 
Your home is most likely your most valuable asset. It’s critical that it be designed properly and built with the quality that you deserve. Our vast construction experience at both the lake and in Birmingham has enabled us to learn the home amenities and designs that appeal to today’s buyer. We are not your ordinary homebuilder. In addition to managing my homebuilding company, I am a practicing certified public accountant in Birmingham. As a CPA, I understand and track the cost on every home we build. We are very conscious of each homes construction cost and work tirelessly to provide each buyer the lowest cost possible while providing the quality construction we have built our reputation on. We have a superintendent that is on site daily at each jobsite. Together, he and I work closely with homebuyers throughout the building process to ensure that each home is something both RLH Construction, Inc. as well as the homebuyer can be proud of.
