Adam Beesch's Bio
Mr. Beesch gained a strong interest in construction at an early age when he worked closely with his grandfather on small home remodeling projects and furniture building. Adam attended Minnesota West Community & Technical College where he graduated in 1998 with an Electrical Construction degree. From there Adam worked for a commercial electrical contractor acquiring his Journeyman and Masters electrical license. His experience ranged from working in the field to eventually becoming a project manager. His project manager duties included supervising field operations and staff. In 2007 Adam’s success in the electrical contractor world led him to join the general construction side of the business when he started working for a general contractor. There he excelled as a Senior Project Manager. Adam specializes in large self-storage facilities, retail, daycare, and office projects. Adam's dedication to his profession, attention to detail, and his follow through add value to any team.
Adam is married to his wife Jenni, together they have a busy life at home with 3 young boys. When Adam is not building projects he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and fishing.
Bryan Barlage's Bio
Mr. Barlage gained his interest in construction from his father who owned and operated a residential construction business. Bryan spent his summers learning the basics of framing and finish carpentry and how the many components all added up into a fine finished home project. Mr. Barlage pursued his construction interests by attending North Dakota State University where he graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. For the last 19 years he has been managing commercial construction projects with a great level of success. For the last eight years he has been in a Senior Project Manager position. He specializes in retail, restaurants, office, and medical office creating quality projects and lasting relationships with owners and developers in those markets. Bryan's personal approach to a team environment, communication skills, dedication, and experience in all aspects of the business make him a valued partner.
Bryan is married to Jennifer and together they have 3 children, a daughter and 2 sons. In his free time Bryan enjoys activities with his family, music, sports, snowboarding, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Operations
Mike Garding's Bio
Mr. Garding joined B2 Builders in February 2020. Mike is a graduate of Saint Cloud State University, class of 2001, where he studied Operations Management.
Mike began his career while still in school, working for the family owned concrete construction company. After graduating college, he went into retail management, where he had the opportunity to act as a Project Manager on multiple new stores and remodels for Target Corporation. From there, he spent the next 8 years as a Project Manager for Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, where he worked closely with several General Contractors on the new construction of 30+ new buildings and renovations in the Twin Cities metro area. After Mike’s time with Goodwill-Easter Seals, he went to work for a Commercial General Contractor as a Project Manager for commercial projects.
Mr. Garding has worked on large variety of projects as a commercial project manager including Retail, Storage Facilities, Tenant Improvements, Automotive Retail, Restaurants, and Office Buildings.
With Mike’s solid understanding of all project elements, excellent communication skills, and extensive organizational and management skills, he is a valued member to all project teams.
Mike is married to Marlo and together they have a busy life at home with 2 boys, a 15 year old and a 2 year old. When Mike is not busy managing projects he is busy spending quality time with his family, fishing, hunting, baseball, and just hanging out.

Dave Wosika's Bio
Mr. Wosika has over 35 years of experience in the commercial building construction industry. Early in his career Dave received his Union Carpenter's Certification. He has excelled at several positions in the industry including Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and Superintendent. Dave spent a significant amount of time working in the Framing and Drywall Trades. It is here where Dave honed his skills of scheduling projects, working and coordinating with several trades, and bringing home quality to every project worked on. For the last 10 years, Dave has worked as Project Superintendent where he brings all of his skills and experience to the table on every job. Dave's expertise are without limitation and include handling multiple tasks, attention to detail, scheduling, problem solving, and pushing his team to their maximum potential. Dave takes great pride in his work as Lead Project Superintendent with B2 Builders and loves the challenges of being a successful leader in the field.
Dave is married to his wife Kelly and they have 2 grown children. Dave likes to keep very busy and his free time includes working in the family greenhouse business, spending time at their get-away up north, hunting, and fishing.
Landon Krona's Bio
Mr. Krona’s interest in building and construction started when he was a youngster helping his father with carpentry and home improvement projects. During his high school years that interest continued as Landon excelled in math, building trades classes, woodworking, cabinetry, and carpentry. In addition to his interest in building and construction, he also had a strong interest in conservation, natural resources, and forestry. Landon obtained a 2 year Associates Degree from Vermillion Community College where he graduated with honors. Landon went on to receive a degree in Natural Resources Conservation – Forestry/Wildlife Management. After a 3 year career with the DNR following college, Landon made his way back into construction pursuing his passion for the trades. It was then that Landon specialized in carpentry, finish trimming, and cabinetry serving as a Trim Forman for 10 years. In 2012 Landon went on to become a Project Superintendent for a commercial general contractor. This position fits him very well as he has an endless drive for Quality, Communication, and Leadership, and enjoys the management of project resources, schedules, and budget. Landon prides himself on “critical thinking” and staying in front of problems and issues before they occur. Landon joined B2 Builders in March of 2019 and is a valued member of the team.
Landon is married to his wife Tracy. In his free time Landon likes fishing, spending time on Minnesota lakes, camping, traveling – especially to the north woods and waters of Minnesota, home improvement projects, and further educating himself in leadership and setting examples for others.
Laura Berle's Bio
Laura joined B2 Builders in September 2019. Her knowledge of commercial projects is wide in variety and she adds great value to project teams.
Laura grew up building homes with her family in Minnesota. She attended the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Laura is proud of her accomplishments in Nantucket, Massachusetts where she started her own company that performed historic renovations. Laura’s company worked on sophisticated renovating at the Boston Lighthouse, Lighthouse Keepers quarters on Martha’s Vineyard, South East Lighthouse on Block Island, and many others. Working on these projects required creativity and problem solving as they were logistically challenging and historically demanding.
Laura has one son. Her hobbies include traveling, working on home remodeling and improvement projects, and gardening.
Marc Mackenthun's Bio
Marc joined the B2 Builders team in September 2019. Marc’s strong work ethic and extensive experience in commercial construction make him a valued member of the team.
Marc acquired his work ethic from his parents growing up on a family operated dairy farm. It was here were he learned the skills of handling multiple tasks, attention to detail, problem solving, scheduling, and time management. Marc’s time on the family farm also taught him how to adapt to any situation that arises and the value of never giving up, always keeping with the challenge at hand.
Marc took these valuable skills and applied them to the construction industry when he started with a framing company after high school years. He later joined the union where he advanced quickly excelling through apprenticeship, journeyman, to foreman.
As Superintendent with B2 Builders, Marc implements his acquired values, work ethic, and experience to all of his projects.
Marc and his fiance, Janelle, together have a busy life with Marc’s teenage daughter and Janelle’s teenage sons and their activities. When Marc is not building or managing building projects, he enjoys serving others, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with family.
