1. Organize and drive the company to maximizing the shareholder's investments at the expense of customers and employees.
2. Focus the company resources on being customer driven. Every decision is based on the customer's expectations at the expense of employees.
3. Centralize ideologies, values, policies, and procedures around the employee. Establish with the employees clear boundaries of company operation and our company purpose. Employees that are well paid and well trained will take care of the customer.

Fire extinguisher service manager, sales, and senior lead inspector. Manage day to day operations, complete inspections, up sales, and job status inspection reports for local and national accounts. Strive for excellent customer service satisfaction and new project acceptance, quality assurance documents, AHJ reports, safety logs, and other documentation as required. Supervise service technicians and all work done out of the facilities recharge service shop, perform recharges and hydrostatic tests as needed, and keep current logs of all DOT and AHJ records.
