In the contracting business since 1953, the Colasanti Companies, known simply as Colasanti, began by building a reputation as one of the leading self-perform concrete contractors in the United States. Colasanti began as a small Michigan-based construction company and currently has branched into two separate companies doing work in 25 states and counting.

Colasanti’s service offering has evolved to include full service construction management, general contracting, design/build, and our signature self-perform work, provided through two separate entities comprising of the Colasanti Companies.

Support staffs include engineers, technicians, and other professionals to supplement our field operations. Specific personnel manage and perform estimating, critical path project scheduling, project activity management, cost management controls, engineering/CAD drawing and plotting, and equipment/materials coordination.

Colasanti respects and values its employees and sub-contractors, taking great care to provide safe working conditions and well-maintained equipment.

The day-to-day operations of the Companies have been assumed very successfully by the fourth generation of the Colasanti family, who maintain the core values and principles established by Colasanti’s founders, and continue to focus on the goals of quality work, on-time completion, and cost effectiveness, without compromise to our integrity or professionalism.
