Scope Of Work
NAVFAC selected TST as the preferred contractor to complete this Performance based contract. The facility had an immediate need to construct a temporary fire lane and parking lot to supplement on-going construction activities by other contractors. TST partnered with the customer to recommend the most economical solutions within the designated areas of construction. TST provided 8″ gravel parking lot with 108 spaces in an existing field, and a 340′ long, 12″ thick gravel fire lane to access the barracks during renovations by others. TST worked around occupied buildings and minimized disturbance through effective planning, scheduling and coordination with the site subcontractor. The fire lane and parking lot were each completed within 1 week of mobilization.
