Alex Marren's Bio
With more than 25 years of aviation experience, Alex Marren is President of ABM’s Aviation Group. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global aviation business with 22,000 dedicated team members providing service excellence to airlines and 75+ airports across the U.S., U.K., Ireland and the Middle East.
Prior to joining ABM, Alex was the Executive Vice President of Rent-A-Car Operations in North America for Hertz Corp. Alex has extensive experience leading large, complex and distributed operating organizations, including for People Express, United and ExpressJet. Alex is a graduate of Harvard University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, certificate program. She has served on the board of the Chicago and Atlanta Chapters of the American Red Cross. She is a sponsor for the organization Advancing Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain, Operations and Education.
Andrea Newborn's Bio
Andrea is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for ABM and is responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance affairs. She is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on all major business activities. As Corporate Secretary, Andrea is focused on the integrity of ABM’s governance framework, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors.
Andrea brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held companies. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc., a business-to-business global provider of data and cloud-based solutions to the hospitality industry. Previously, she was General Counsel for The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. Andrea is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Brown University.

Andrew Block's Bio
Andrew Block joined ABM in 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). A veteran CHRO with 25 years of experience, Andrew has led human resources in high-growth businesses and supported globally distributed workforces. He is focused on attracting, developing and retaining talent at all levels of the organization through talent planning, organizational effectiveness and an enhanced HR operating model.
Before joining ABM, Andrew served as Senior Vice President, Talent and Organizational Performance for Buffalo Wild Wings. He also led Human Resources and Talent capabilities for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., one of the world’s largest third-party logistics providers. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Andrew also serves as a Board member for Be The Match Foundation, a non-profit organization that saves lives by helping those diagnosed with blood cancers through cellular therapy and donor matches.
Anthony Piniella's Bio
Anthony serves as Chief Communication Officer for ABM. In this role, he determines the communication strategy to support the delivery of ABM’s business goals and corporate culture. He oversees all corporate communication for the company including public relations, internal communications, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility (Sustainability and Philanthropy).
Prior to ABM, he was Vice President of Corporate Communication for NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), a $6.5 billion global leader in technology with more than 29,000 employees. During his career, Anthony has held leadership positions with large global technology companies and top public relations agencies. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at Rutgers University. Anthony is a graduate of Iona College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
Anthony Scaglione's Bio
Anthony is responsible for enterprise finance, tax, IT and Mergers & Acquisitions, including leading the transformation of our finance support function, creating a consolidated, field-based team that more effectively supports ABM operators across the country. He has been with ABM for more than 10 years, and has served in key leadership roles including SVP, Treasurer, and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Anthony joined ABM from CA Technologies, where he held several finance and treasury positions. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, holding dual honors degrees in Finance and Accounting, and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP®). He is a Board Member and the Past Chairman of the Board of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the professional society that represents finance executives across the globe, having previously chaired its Audit Committee.
Brant Miller's Bio
Brant Miller is President of ABM’s Technology & Manufacturing Group (T&M). In this role, he leads the effective delivery of best-in-class facility services for clients in the Industrial & Manufacturing, Technology, and Life Sciences arenas. Brant is responsible for T&M’s strategic growth and development; consistent delivery against financial and operational commitments; the success of enterprise transformation initiatives within the Industry Group; and creation of long-term value for both T&M and client organizations.
Brant has 20 years of experience in the facility services industry and has held a range of strategic and senior-level positions for ServiceMaster and GCA services Group. Brant received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds Six Sigma and Project Management certifications.
Greg Sowder's Bio
Greg Sowder is President of ABM’s Healthcare Group. He is responsible for driving all of ABM’s services for healthcare and healthcare-related businesses, including technology management, facilities management, environmental, food & nutrition, laundry & linen, parking & guest services, and patient transportation.
Greg has more than 30 years of facility management experience and came to ABM from Honeywell, where he held significant positions in service operations management. In 2008, he joined ABM as Senior Vice President of Operations for ABM’s Technical Solutions Group. In 2014, Greg began overseeing ABM’s electrical power and lighting business units. Greg is a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), a global professional association seeking to advance heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems design and construction. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds certifications with the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and “Six Sigma” Black Belt with Lean certification.
Mark Newsome's Bio
Mark Newsome is President of ABM’s Technical Solutions Group. He is responsible for all of ABM Technical Solutions offerings including electrical & lighting, electrical power solutions, and ABM’s Franchising Group (Linc Service and TEGG).
Mark has over 30 years of industry experience that includes company-wide energy strategy, energy efficiency projects, technology enhancements and upgrades, data analysis and enterprise software deployments, energy management systems, and performance-based contracting. Prior to joining ABM, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Prenova, where he was part of the executive management team. He began his career at Honeywell in 1987, where he held significant positions in sales and sales management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest.
Mike Morris's Bio
With 33 years of experience at ABM, Mike Morris is a seasoned leader responsible for all aspects of ABM’s education business. The team works with 500+ K-12 school systems, colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to provide a cleaner, healthier and more attractive learning environment for students, faculty and staff. ABM strengthened its position as a leader in this market segment with the 2017 acquisition of GCA Services, the largest acquisition in ABM’s history.
Previously, Mike was Executive Vice President for ABM’s South Central Region. He directed the sales, service and support strategy for all operations in the south central region of the U.S. Mike also drove the successful transition plan of Southern Management into ABM. Southern Management was a regional service entity acquired by ABM that focused on educational and industrial clients in the Southeast.
Rene Jacobsen's Bio
Rene is Executive Vice President of ABM and President of ABM’s Business & Industry (B&I) Group, the largest group within ABM, representing nearly half of the company’s total revenue. In this role, he drives the strategic growth of operations across North America and the UK for clients within Commercial Real Estate, Sports & Entertainment, Retail and Distribution, Banking & Financial and Hospitality. Prior to his current role, and upon joining ABM in 2012, Rene served as Executive Vice President of ABM’s West Region.
Rene is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in leading large- and medium-sized, complex service organizations within the facility services and integrated facilities management industries across Europe and North America. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Scott Salmirs's Bio
Scott is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in the Company’s 110-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.
Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is on the board of the State University of New York College at Oneonta Business Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age drug users, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.
Scott Giacobbe's Bio
Scott leads all aspects of our operations, planning, and strategy. With clients across multiple industries in the United States and various international locations, he is responsible for ensuring ABM consistently delivers best-in-class solutions. Scott is focused on driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement for our nearly 140,000 team members by leveraging the ABMWay—ABM’s proprietary operational methodology. Previously Scott served as the President of ABM Technical Solutions, where he guided the business to record growth and dramatically improved customer retention and satisfaction while developing new market-leading service offerings.
Scott began his career at Honeywell in 1987, where he held leadership roles in sales, sales management, and regional management. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

Sean Mahoney is Senior Vice President and President of Sales for ABM. He joined ABM as part of the 2020 Vision to lead the sales and growth strategy across ABM’s Enterprise Industry Groups including Aviation, Business & Industry, Education, Healthcare, Technology & Manufacturing, and Technical Solutions. Sean and his team are focused on expanding our market share and delivering integrated service solutions to increase customer value impact.
Prior to joining ABM, Sean was VP of Sales for the Americas with Honeywell Building Solutions. He is a market leader with more than 20 years of sales leadership and general management experience in the facilities management industry. Sean is a graduate of San Diego State University and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at Georgia Tech and the University of Chicago.

Tom Gallo's Bio
Tom Gallo is Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy and Transformation. He leads ABM’s transformation efforts, which are focused on modernizing the firm’s technology infrastructure and redesigning critical end-to-end business processes. Tom is also responsible for corporate strategy and building out the firm’s innovation program, as ABM looks to provide more efficient, value-added solutions to our clients.
During his 15 years with ABM Tom has held several leadership positions in corporate and field operations, including serving as corporate treasurer from 2015-2018, and Regional Vice President overseeing ABM’s New England operations. He also played a pivotal role in the firm’s acquisition of GCA Services in 2017. Tom graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Economics and received his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business.

Cary Bainbridge's Bio
Cary currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for ABM. As part of the executive team, she is focused on ensuring tight integration between sales, marketing, communication, operations, brand, and culture. She oversees all strategic planning, market and client research, creative services, and outbound and inbound marketing.
In her 15 years with ABM, Cary has led both corporate and business-segment marketing and sales operations teams. She was a core driver of the ABM brand transformation and has overseen the brand integrations of 20+ acquisitions. Prior to ABM, Cary held marketing leadership roles at The Winter Group of Companies and MCI WorldCom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Mercer University and serves on the governing body for the Atlanta CMO Executive Summit. Cary is also an active supporter of CHOA Sibley Heart Center.

Dean Chin's Bio
Dean is SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller for ABM, a position he has held since 2010. Dean is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities for ABM. He oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating the company’s cost control systems, in accordance with GAAP, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures.
Before joining us in 2008 as Vice President and Assistant Controller, he was Director of Finance for Reader’s Digest Association. He also served as Senior Manager, Audit and Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
