With 15 years of experience throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey & New York, Brian has worked on projects involving site design and construction for healthcare, retail, industrial, commercial and residential developments. His construction management experience ranges from core and shell construction to interior fit-outs and renovations, while maintaining the project schedule and budget. His engineering experience is in site design including hydrology, hydraulics, roadway design and land subdivision.

As the Chief Financial Officer of Q Construction Group, Harold brings over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and is responsible for managing the financial strategy and strategic plan. He has an extensive background with developing and maintaining large scale operating budgets at both the organizational and contract/project specific level. With key focus on creating operational efficiencies, Harold is also committed to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all fiscal data.
