DESCRIPTION:
The project involves the construction of a new performing arts center with a proscenium theatre, 523-seat auditorium and full theatric production facilities.
It serves student theatre, music and other performances, and houses three art classrooms, a digital art lab, art gallery, dressing rooms, costume storage and scenery workshop.
The project also includes the construction of a chiller plant that has capacity to accommodate future expansion and the relocation of a softball field.
The building is five-star certified by the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
