DESCRIPTION:
This project re-purposed a vacant department store into a college campus.
The renovation effort remodeled two floors and includes modifications to the external shell of the building.
The campus includes classrooms, science laboratories and administrative support space, computer labs, library/ media center, learning labs and other support spaces.
The building was designed and constructed with green building methods to achieve LEED® certification.
