Scope Of Work
Construction of a multi-phase new access road and bridges connecting the FDA White Oak Campus to Cherry Hill Road. Construction consisted of building & surface demolition; roadways; earthwork; utility relocation for: electrical distribution, telecommunication distribution, waterlines, and sanitary sewer systems; storm water management piping and systems; relocation/support of steam line and nitrogen gas systems; Security installations including fencing, barriers, and guard booths; electrical overhead and underground power and lighting; guardrails; bridges; concrete blast wall; earth berms; and landscaping
