Vazquez Commercial Contracting, LLC (VCC) is an SBA 8(a), SDB, HUBZone, MBE, DBE certified and licensed general contracting company that was formed by Joe Vazquez, the 2016 Small Business Person of the Year for the SBA’s Kansas City District of the SBA. VCC has consistently and continuously provided the highest quality construction services since its inception in 2008. We deliver cutting edge materials and construction practices to an ever-changing market. With a knowledgeable staff of project managers, accountants, tradesmen, and estimators, we quickly and accurately put together complete scopes of work, detailed cost analysis and schedules on all projects. VCC maintains a cadre of pre-screened specialty tradesmen, architects, engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure that in addition to our in-house personnel and resources, our clients are provided with the highest level of expertise on projects with a more demanding or complex scope of work. Our in-house design-build team involves these experts in the early stages of the project so that we can quickly identify ways to value-engineer a project if desired, saving our clients time and money.
