As Senior Vice President, Dennis is responsible for Blue Rock Construction’s operations and project execution. His responsibilities include assistance with business development, company systems and support, staffing, and all facets of project execution. Prior to joining Blue Rock, Dennis held senior management positions in both construction and design-build companies (A/Z Corporation, CDI Engineering - formerly Herzog Hart Corporation - and Gilbane). Dennis has successfully completed in excess of $1 billion of projects for new and repeat clients.

Jason is a seasoned manager with a long history in the construction industry. Jason has successfully managed projects both public and private in the following sectors: educational, commercial, industrial, multi-unit, retail, and government. Jason started in the industry as a carpenter where he developed a strong understanding of the daily field operations, which has added to his management experience.

During his 40-plus years in construction, Michael has orchestrated all aspects of field operations. Starting as Blue Rock's first superintendent 22 years ago, Mike has been instrumental in maintaining the philosophy of quality and safety, combined with aggressive management of budget and schedule, on all Blue Rock projects.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve provides executive oversight for all aspects of the company. A graduate of Brown University and Temple University School of Law, Steve acquired sole ownership of the company, which was founded in 1996, in 2002. Now more than 20 years strong, Blue Rock has become locally recognized as a leader in the construction of large, technically sophisticated commercial and industrial buildings. Steve’s hands-on approach has him regularly visiting job sites and interfacing with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction.

As Executive Vice President, Tom is responsible for Blue Rock Construction’s business development, contract negotiations, project leadership, design oversight, strategic planning and preconstruction oversight. Prior to joining Blue Rock, Tom was a principal of The Norwood Company where he was responsible for all regional operations for the company. During his career, Tom has personally been involved with over $1 billion of construction.

Throughout his entire career, Eric has worked in design-build construction management environments. Eric has always played an active role in all project aspects while managing the construction of commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities. This experience provides Eric with the understanding that a well-planned project results in success from preconstruction through project turnover.

As Controller, Bill is responsible for the financial management and risk control at Blue Rock. Bill has an extensive background in corporate finance, planning and analysis in the professional services and engineering industries. Bill is also a board member of a physical therapy practice and is a graduate of Widener University.

As a Senior Superintendent, Bob coordinates field construction activities focusing on projects ranging from existing tenant fit-outs to large-scale new construction projects and infrastructure. Bob evaluates all projects for the safest, most detailed and cost-effective manner of construction to ensure quality and on-time completion for our clients.

Cameron provides various services from preconstruction services, estimating, budgeting to managing projects. He has been employed with Blue Rock for more than 20 years. Cameron has completed projects ranging from $5,000 to $94 million and is experienced in large commercial construction, historical renovations, and fast-track construction.

Chris began his construction career as a carpenter for a residential/commercial contracting company. From there, Chris advanced to become a construction foreman for a commercial contracting company, working on various projects ranging from new construction restaurants to office renovations and fit-outs. This experience provided Chris practical knowledge in managing active construction projects. Chris’ high standards and exceptional motivation skills earned him a transition to the role of Senior Superintendent.

Frank began his career as a carpenter apprentice and a concrete finisher apprentice. He received his Jointers/Carpenters book and became involved with field coordination and scheduling, earning his way to foreman, superintendent and senior superintendent. Frank has excelled in subcontractor management through his experience in the oversight and construction of various commercial, warehouse/distribution and retail projects

Greg has over 25 years of construction experience. He started his career as a carpenter/foreman and worked his way through the trade to become a Senior Superintendent. Greg is well versed in all phases of construction, from site through finishes, and is experienced in the construction of warehouse/distribution, cold storage, medical, historical, and institutional facilities.

As Senior Superintendent, Jim coordinates field construction activities focusing on warehouse/industrial projects ranging from existing tenant fit-outs to large-scale new construction projects and infrastructure totaling over 4 million square feet. As with all superintendents for Blue Rock, Jim evaluates all projects for the safest, most detailed and cost-effective manner of construction to ensure top quality and on-time completion for the client.

John has over 40 years of construction experience in the commercial, residential, and industrial industry. As a multi-talented Senior Superintendent, John is involved with estimating and budgeting for pursuits leading to projects, and also covers field jobs to successful completion. His ability to adapt to the client’s needs for specific job-site requirements helps ensure a successful project every time.

Kevin works as a Project Executive on a variety of assignments ranging from ground-up new construction projects to historical renovations. Kevin has gained well-rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over his career. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to any construction project team.

As Senior Project Manager, Paul works on ground-up new construction and specialty retail tenant fit-out projects. Paul has extensive experience in projects with a focus on sustainable building and other LEED elements. His construction sequencing, management, cost-reporting and control skills, and the strength of his client relationships make him an invaluable member of any project team.

As a senior advisor to Blue Rock's upper management, Joe helps fulfill Blue Rock's commitment to fortifying its position as a leader in the construction industry. Joe provides analysis and strategic advice for all aspects of the organization. He has 25 years of experience in operational and financial management. Joe is a graduate of La Salle University.
