Scope Of Work
Blue Rock produced a new 194,000-square-foot speculative warehouse for Dermody Properties at LogistiCenterSM at Logan in Logan Township, NJ.
The Lot Q building features:
32-foot clear ceilings
35 dock doors fully equipped
Two drive-in doors
48 trailers stalls located in the back
LED lights
Full-site irrigation system
ESFR sprinkler system
Construction took seven months to complete.
Lot Q sits just a few blocks away from a few other Blue Rock-Dermody projects – Greenyard Logistics USA and Lot E (Kenco Logistics).
