Jon Folbrecht's leadership and management experience in the public and private sectors has shaped his selfless service leadership style.
Jon Folbrecht is a seasoned executive leader, dedicated public servant, teacher and U.S. Army Veteran. He has over 20 years of law enforcement and military service. His leadership and management experience of the public and private sectors has shaped his selfless service leadership style.
In 1999, Jon enlisted in the United States Army as a Parachute Rigger until his Honorable Discharge in 2002. Throughout his career, Jon has always been solution driven and loves to solve problems for people. His ability to think outside of the box and excel in chaotic situations has prepared him for the corporate world.
He has over 15 years of digital marketing and graphic design experience. His designs and marketing strategies have been recognized on the national level with one design generating over $400,000 for the families of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots-Prescott Fire Fighters killed in the line of duty on June 30, 2013.
Jon has been an Adjunct Instructor at the Indian River State College Criminal Justice Institute since 2013. He has several instructor certifications and continues to teach courses regularly. He has volunteered and helped several non-profit organizations throughout his career. His passion for giving back to his community and helping others has been a driving force throughout his career.
He is an active member of the Okeechobee Masonic Lodge #237 F&AM, Past President of Martha’s House, and is still an active law enforcement officer.
Kim Armato's Bio
Kim Armato is a veteran of the corporate sales world, having spent 12 years as a Senior Customer Sales Representative for Merck & Co. Inc, she is no stranger to rigorous deadlines and impeccable customer service.
She chose to leave behind that whirlwind paced lifestyle and moved to Jupiter, Florida with her business and life partner, Michael Armato. Considering her experience working with Michael for years and her sales experience, it made sense for her to become a Realtor. As a Realtor, she can combine her passion of building new homes with meeting new people.
Given her many years of experience with Merck, she has a very customer oriented point of view and guarantees a pleasurable home building and buying experience. As a Realtor, her experience enables her to list properties at top dollar and her drive ensures a swift sale. In addition to her work with CEA, she is a Luxury Certified Realtor with Illustrated Properties in Jupiter, Florida. Kim not only works with finished properties, but can also aid in finding the perfect location to build a client’s dream home from the ground up. She takes pride in the personal and individual attention she gives to each and every client which provides an experience that is second to none.
Within their company, Kim assists with project planning and design as well as managing all of the behind the scenes administrative work. She has a hand in every stage of projects from their inception to the execution of the final sale. Her time management and strong organizational skills keeps all projects moving along smoothly and efficiently.

Michael Armato began his career in the contracting world in 1988 on the East End of Long Island, New York.

Through hard work and dedication, he grew into a seasoned and result oriented General Contractor and is now operating a multi-million dollar Luxury Home Design and Construction Company. After living through another exceptionally cold Long Island Winter, he decided to move his business to sunny and warm Jupiter, Florida. Michael is renowned for his attention to detail, focus on quality and above all his honesty and integrity. These qualities are only enhanced by his impeccable ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Michael uses his 30 years of experience to ensure clients truly get the home of their dreams. Both Mike and Chris Sorenson work extensively with the Jupiter Inlet Colony Building Community. Mike was recently sworn in as Jupiter Inlet Colony’s Building and Zoning Commissioner.
He and his wife are truly a team in every sense of the word, they work together to seamlessly and effortlessly find properties, create, and sell superior quality luxury homes. Chris Sorenson 's Bio
Chris Sorenson has construction is his blood. A third-generation builder, he has over 25 years of active experience in the field. He has experience in all facets of building from underground and vertical construction projects to the planning and development of hundreds of quality homes.
When working on a project, Chris has a hand in all stages of planning, design and execution. His experience and history with construction enables him to flawlessly interpret client’s dreams into reality. He has done extensive work building High End Custom Homes from Jupiter Island to Sewall’s point, with these projects ranging in budget from $10k to over $20 million.
In addition to his work with home projects, Chris also has experience with the planning and development of high end equestrian arenas and barn facilities. His past clients include the officers and executives of several major National and International companies; John Deere, Xerox, and St Georges University and many others.
He is passionate about community and has been involved in service projects with Future Builders of America, Local Builders Association, Boys and Girls Club of Hobe Sound as well as donating funds through local agencies to sponsor Fishing Tournaments. Chris is a respected and active member of many local building associations and planning agencies; including the Treasure Coast Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders, Martin County Land Building Agency, Florida Home Builders Association. In addition to his membership he has had the honor of serving as the Past President and Life Director of the TCBA, Board Member of the NAHB, Vice Chair and Chair of the Martin County Land Building Agency, and Director of the FHBA.
