Shell Craft LLC, founded by Greg Mills, is based in Arlington, Texas. Shell Craft has built several hotels across Texas including the Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington and the Holiday Inn Express Galleria in Dallas using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs). Our portfolio includes experience in schools, hotels, restaurants, churches and residential. With more than 35 years of experience, we have developed efficient building practices resulting in quality projects with on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Services Provided

Shell Craft specializes in building “shells”. We take projects from dirt through the roof structure. This includes turnkey foundations, site paving, insulated concrete form walls, structural steel and wood framing.

We provide one stop shopping for our clients that will fast track a project to finish-out readiness. Turnkey installations include all materials, scaffolding, shop drawings, engineering, equipment and labor.
