Mike Ross is a true leader - building national powerhouse construction companies and championship sports teams.

Nominated by Qualified Remodeling Magazine, recognized with the “Top 500” award 8 times, and Houzz National Design & Service Award the past 8 years. Ross’ coached teams have won 3 National Titles and 7 State Championships.

Ross earned his degree in Mathematics at Kent State University where he played Basketball & Baseball and served as a Baseball Graduate assistant at Ohio State University.

Mr. Ross, born in Cleveland, Ohio remains a loyal sports supporter. Memorable moments include 2016 NBA World Championship and coaching against high school senior, Lebron James, with his daughter, Jami, singing the national anthem.

Ross served as General Manager for the the Pro Basketball, Ohio Aviators, where his responsibilities included assembling rosters, salaries, budgets and development to assist players to reach the NBA.

Ross is a gifted motivational speaker and a member of various organizations in Los Angeles - including Rotary International, whose motto is to “serve community above oneself."

The most influential people are Mike's Parents - Norm & Gloria, John Wooden & Anthony Robbins.

Currently, Ross volunteers his talents with the Sierra Canyon High School Nationally Ranked Boys Basketball Program.

Mike’s greatest loves are being a father to 3 daughters: Christine, Laura & Jami and being married to his wife Barbara, screenwriter

Damon is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Building Sciences-Construction Management. He provides the organization with professionalism & problem solving talent. Juan is our master technician and  is on site daily as our eyes and ears ensuring projects run smooth and safely. There's no need to email Juan when you can speak to him directly. Juan's knowledge, customer service and accountability are 2nd to none. We are lucky to have Juan on our TEAM!

Michael's expertise is completing the final punch list for our clients. This is a specialized skill Michael possesses the talent to complete miscellaneous construction trade skills. Michael is born with a customer service #1 attitude - we are lucky to have him on our team.

Rhett is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design. Rhett is our in house Design professional with 30 years of experience.
