Caliber is launched with a single investor and envisions becoming Arizona’s leading full-service real estate investment firm. Caliber purchases and renovates 150 single family homes.
Caliber enters the multi-family business through the acquisition and renovation of a 33-unit apartment community.
Largest propety to date is purchased. The 125 unit apartment community, Scottsdale Commons. Caliber’s in-house property management team grows and begins offering management services to the public.
First hotel acquisition. A 290 guest room Crowne Plaza Hotel at Sky Harbor International Airport.
First multi-asset commercial private equity fund. CDIF LLC. is launched and experiences a 28.3% gain evaluation over a seven month period.
Caliber is placed on the Inc 500 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies with 1,169.7% growth over a three-year period. 2nd hotel acquired, the Hampton Inn & Suites at Scottsdale/Riverwalk.
Caliber builds a full executive team of highly experienced real estate and finance professionals. Three more hotels acquired. Caliber enters the self-storage asset class with two acquisitions.
Caliber receives the prestigious IMPACT Award for Economic Driver from the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and is a top 5 finalist for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. Caliber to grow assets under management by $105,000,000.
