Scope Of Work
The Roosevelt is Caliber’s first development project located in the City of Tempe. Situated on a two-acre property near 2nd Street and Roosevelt, the development is within a short walk to the Farmer Arts District and on one of the last remaining sites in the highly desirable and coveted location near Mill Ave. Phase one, consisting of 14 units, completed construction in June of 2020 and is now available for leasing. Phase 3 completed in January 2022. Phase 2 coming August of 2022.
