Scope Of Work
The Holiday Inn Ocotillo is a 106-room hotel situated in the upscale neighborhood of Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona. This up-and-coming area is also home to numerous high-tech employers such as Intel, Orbital ATK, and Microchip. With limited room availability in the area and some natural barriers to entry, the hotel will be able to capitalize on the high average occupancy which was under-utilized by previous management. Built in 2005 and renovated in 2015, the Holiday Inn Ocotillo also benefits from its above brand level interior and exterior finishes, outdoor pool and spa, full restaurant, business center, fitness center, and +/- 2,500 square feet of meeting and event space. Caliber and HMC plan for a strong performance of the upcoming year with the completion of recent renovations leading to the reopening of 36 previously out of service rooms, improved management, and the regeneration of local group business lost by previous management prior to Caliber’s acquisition.
