Caliber’s second hospitality acquisition, the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Riverwalk, is a 101-guest room hotel acquired in November of 2014 for $10 Million. The Hampton Inn & Suites has been a consistent income producing asset since acquisition. Part of the hotel's success is a result of it’s unbeatable location in the Scottsdale Entertainment District. The hotel sits adjacent to Talking Stick Resort Casino, TopGolf, OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, and Salt River Fields – the Spring training home of both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies.
