Scope Of Work
This 46-room hotel is located just 2 miles from the center of Ketchikan, Alaska and houses a restaurant, cocktail lounge, and an impressive 40-boat marina. Since the hotel was acquired in good condition already, improvements made to the property have been mostly minor. Renovations completed include a new website, improved Wi-Fi, a new key card entry system, roofing repairs, and more.
