Scope Of Work
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is Caliber's first hospitality property and is a 10-story, interior corridor hotel located near the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. After acquisition, the property was in need of a new restaurant, updated lobby, and a full renovation of all 10 floors. Caliber Development was brought in November 2013 after two prior contractors failed to deliver the project on time and within budget. Just 5 months later, the entire property had been remodeled and was approved by IHG as meeting all the brand quality standards. This hotel is the closest hotel to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and provides transportation to the airport via the PHX Sky Train. The development team exceeded all expectations and delivered the property on time and within budget.
