ServiceMaster by Singer was founded under the present ownership in 2003. Mike and Jennifer Singer are actively involved with the company on a day to day basis. Originally founded in the basement of their home, the business has grown into one of the largest ServiceMaster Clean Franchises in North America. We proudly serve the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan communities out of our 20,000 square foot facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

We serve customers in their homes, businesses, schools, and institutions. We not only provide expert cleaning, sanitizing, and reconstruction services to homes and businesses, but also provide a 24-hour emergency response to floods, fire, storm, and other sudden events.

We like to approach problems with long-term solutions that will keep our customers happy with the work we perform. We have a strong belief in providing great customer service and developing our employees into industry experts.
