Professional Inspection Services Inc. is a proud family owned business located in Elgin, Illinois specializing in new Backflow Cross Connect installation, testing and retrofits.  We help building owners who are now being required to install Backflow systems by their municipality from start to finish.  Further, customers who are now being monitored by BSI or Aqua Backflow should look to us to help them become compliant and stay in compliance.  We are committed to service and improve homes, businesses and communities by providing dependable, professional plumbing and related services following the most current codes and utilizing sensible code enforcement. We employ only experienced plumbers (CCCDI inspectors) to complete each phase of the job quickly and correctly the first time.

Paul Spiller and his dedicated team of professionals are also specialists in water heaters, sump-ejector pumps, battery back up systems, faucets and disposals.  Our motto is “we treat everyone the same way would would like to be treated.”  Paul learned the plumbing and backflow business as a young man while going on service calls with his father.  Paul and his dedicated team provide the same high level service on all commercial and residential plumbing projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and education. Backflow testing and related services is just one of the specialties that Professional Inspection Services Inc. provides commercial and residential plumbing clients.
