Jeremy Baer is a structural engineer with experience in project management, serving as a project's single point of contact, conducting site visits and providing valuable engineering input during the construction phase of projects. Mr. Baer has held leading CSA roles in the rehabilitation of older food plants for new process and packaging lines for clients around the country.
With a strong aptitude for industrial projects, Mr. Baer's experience includes medium and large projects in the industrial, commercial, residential, and educational markets. He also has experience in electrical substation design, additions to historic buildings, and municipal buildings.
Notable projects include a 240,000 sf retail space in a high seismic area with a complex architectural design, a 400,000 sf high school with a cantilevered masonry facade for architectural effect, and a 25,000 sf addition to an industrial manufacturing facility with multiple high-capacity crane rails.
He is professionally licensed in MN, MA, MO, OH, and WI. He is a member of AISC, ASCE, and ACI.
Mr. Baer eared his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
