Graham Stewart has a broad range of experience in the construction industry, including institution, preservation, commercial and residential projects. Graham joined Clemens in 2004 and has completed several high profile, intricate projects for our firm.
He brings a background in Science and Engineering to each project as well as field and estimating experience and pays special attention to details, logistics and multi-party coordination.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. His project focus has included commercial, multi-family, hospitality and institutional projects throughout New Jersey and the Delaware Valley. He takes a hands-on approach and is skilled in preconstruction services, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, cost control, field quality control, and close-out procedures.
Stephen was named President of Clemens in 1997 and has directed the growth of the firm while continuing to perform as Project Executive for some of the firm’s most complex, challenging projects. With some 30 years in the design and construction industries, he managed the construction of the Liberty Place One and Two office towers in Philadelphia just prior to joining Clemens in 1990.
As a Project Manager at Clemens, he supervised such prestigious build-outs as Philadelphia’s Wanamaker Building and the Mellon Independence Center. He is a past Chairman of the General Building Contractors Association of Philadelphia and 2006 President of the Designing Futures Foundation serving Philadelphia’s Charter High School for Architecture & Design. He is also former Director of the Design Center of Philadelphia University as well as the American Institute of Architects Philadelphia Center for Architecture. Stephen holds a B.A. degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas.
