Scope Of Work
Renovate an existing 2 story 15,000 S.F. building into studio and office space for the University’s Art and Applied Architecture (AAA) program. The project is targeting LEED Gold. Building systems to be commissioned include: HVAC&R systems (mechanical and passive) and associated controls, lighting and daylighting controls and domestic hot water.
