We enjoyed working with Luminos Global from start to finish. They were excellent at communicating and provided a detailed proposal, which included our projected cost savings, that solidified our decision to move forward with the lighting retrofit project for our shopping center. Luminos Global was the best choice for this project because they are the only company with a retrofit solution that allows us to keep the existing fixtures and swap out the T8 fluorescents while producing significantly more light than the current lighting. To replace a fluorescent tube that was out previously required a significant amount of labor, let alone the fact that we would have to take sections of the plaza out of service to replace bulbs. That has all been eliminated thanks to the Luminos Global solution. All of our project objectives were met and we’ve had very positive feedback from visitors or our tenants who immediately noticed the improved lighting. We were also impressed with the fact that while there is sunlight our exterior parking lamps will never be on thanks to the Luminos photocell solution.
