Scope Of Work
Pinelake is a multi-site church. This new construction in Oxford, Miss., will become their 6th location. The heart of the campus is a 900-seat worship center. Additional education spaces for children, students and adults as well as flex space and smaller, more focused worship areas will complete the 60,000-square-foot campus. The 12-acre project site also incorporates outdoor space designed for ministry and community gatherings.
ICM has served as the project team’s preconstruction coordinator, working to estimate project costs, develop and manage the owner’s project budget, build the preconstruction and construction schedule, and consult with the design team to ensure constructability within the owner’s budget and timeframe.
The project is currently under construction.
