He has more than 22 years of experience in construction management and project management. Casey has been working in construction management in Mississippi since 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Bryan has 14 years of experience in construction management, general contractor, and heavy experience in division 8 and 9. In his role at ICM, Bryan is involved in pre-construction, business development, bidding and buyout, as well as managing the construction phase of the project.

Michael Marino's Bio
Michael joins ICM after more than 12 years of experience working in the U.S. residential housing market, focusing on business development, negotiations, operational efficiency and government regulations. As Head of Finance and Business Development, he will help to lead the direction of our organization and work to build long-term partnerships with clients throughout Mississippi and the Southeast.
Michael has called Oxford, Miss., home since 2003. He lives here with his wife, Kaila, and their two boys, Brogan and Wills.
