As a second generation builder, Dave became the owner of Vander Linden Construction at the age of 20 when his father passed away. He wears many hats well, but it is his attention to detail, quality control and outstanding customer relations that have built VLC’s exceptional reputation.

“It’s hard to believe, but VLC recently celebrated our 40th anniversary by completing two custom homes, #102 and #103! We strive to be a leader in contemporary building design and trends while also relying on a wealth of past experience. We look forward to partnering with you to build YOUR custom home.” 

Following a 20-year career in elementary teaching at Lynnville-Sully Schools and 6 years in higher education at Central College, Sue joined the team in 2007.

“I will provide you with as little or as much help as you want with your new home or project selections. I enjoy helping clients with vendor appointments and finding great product pricing to stay within budget allowances.”
