Our Story

Rich Zepernick is the owner of Zepernick Landscaping. He began working in the landscape trade in 1979 pulling a load of mulch in a rented trailer behind an old ’73 Ford LTD.  One of his fondest memories was working for a high school friend on large commercial landscaping projects in college, earning enough money to take a road trip out west to see the 1985 Rose Bowl.

Starting with small jobs, Zepernick Landscaping has progressed over many years to large scale landscape maintenance, landscape design and construction, hardscape installations with natural stone, pavers, and retaining walls along with a variety of other construction projects. Zepernick Landscaping has earned the 2015 and 2016 Angie’s List Super Service Award while consistently maintaining an ‘A’ rating.

Rich also has years of experience in other aspects of the greens industry including topsoil and mulch production, aggregate supply and heavy equipment operation. With a wealth of experience, Zepernick Landscaping is eager to meet your needs with the right kind of landscape expertise, know-how and follow through to help complete your commercial building project on time and on budget.
