A true exemplar of the American Dream, Alexander immigrated to the United States in 2004 to pursue his passion in the flooring industry. He worked as a co-owner of Luba's Floorcovering until 2013, when he took over after his partner's retirement and re-branded the company. At the start of Emerald's ownership, they maintained a split workload at 8 stores, shared between themselves and another flooring provider. Over the next six years, the new Emerald Installation grew from a small closet in Seabeck with a mere 5 employees to a 35-strong team supporting over 30 independent contractors throughout Washington State. Emerald has delivered dominating installation services guided by clear mission and values. Emerald Installation’s mission is to "Deliver peace of mind, every time" to everyone we come in contact with. 

Alexander enjoys spending time with his wife, Alicia Rodenko, along with their three children, Erika, Judah, and Noah. He encourages his employees to maintain a healthy balance between family and work life.

Starting out his working life as a toilet scrubber and working through the ranks to get to where he is now, Eric understands the idea of hard work, starting with nothing, and accomplishing big goals. Through proactive continued education, Eric has excelled in customer service becoming the top salesperson for ten years in a row in a growing company. Dedicating 15 years to retail sales management, customer service is at the forefront of the skill set he possesses. Overseeing the training of over 300 employees and managing the operations of a 10+ Million dollar store, Eric has a firm understanding of the need for operational excellence. As a recipient of the "Top 20 professionals under 40 Award" in Kitsap County, he has demonstrated a drive and desire to go above and beyond to take care of customers through engaging next-level customer service practices. 

Eric has taken Emerald from the start-up company it once was to the smooth operating, well-oiled machine it is today through the additional clarity of an employee handbook, leadership structure, and financially educated business planning.  As an owner of a small business himself, Eric understands what it takes to create an idea from the drawing board and turning it into a reality. Through analyzing and scenario-based planning, his expertise will be able to arrange the growth of both of our businesses in a safe way that maximizes efficiency while allowing organic growth without overwhelming either side of the relationship.
